Deleting a chat session in Hapax is quick and simple. Whether you want to remove outdated conversations or clear out old prompts, you can delete a session in just a few steps. Keep in mind that once a session is deleted, it cannot be recovered—any associated memories or feedback tied to that session will also be permanently removed.
Step 1) Log In and Select the Session that you would like to delete
Start by logging into your account on the platform with your credentials. This will take you to the main dashboard. Once logged type in your prompt or select the prompt that you would like to be deleted
Step 2) Select the Trash Button
Select the trash button on the top right hand corner of the chat session to delete the chat session.
Then select Delete
Step 3) Done!
Your chat session has been successfully deleted. Please note that you won’t be able to revisit or reference this conversation again. Any feedback or memories created during this session have also been removed from Hapax.
