[General](https://support.askhapax.ai/general?hsLang=en) # How to Download a Document This article will walk you through how to download a document from your Information Vault.\* \*Note: You must have download and view permissions to download a document. **Step 1) Log In and Navigate to your Information Vault** Start by logging into your account on the platform with your credentials. This will take you to the main dashboard.
