How to Upload Documents (CSV, Excel, etc.)
Uploading documents to the platform is a quick and straightforward process that helps keep all your essential files in one secure place. Follow this guide to seamlessly add files to your Information Vault..
Step 1) Log In and Access the Information Vault
Start by logging into your account on the platform with your credentials. This will take you to the main dashboard. Once logged in, navigate to the Information Vault located on the left side of your dashboard. This section houses all your uploaded files and folders.
Step 2) Select “New File”
In the top right corner of the Information Vault page, select the New File button. This will open a dropdown menu with file options.
Step 3) Choose “Upload File”
From the dropdown menu, select Upload File. This action will open a file upload interface where you can select the document you wish to add.
Step 4) Select Your File
View the resulting interface and add the desired file to the Upload File box.
To upload your file into the interface, either select inside the box to open your file explorer or drag the desired file directly into the box. This option supports most standard file types for easy uploading (e.g., CSV, PDF, Excel, etc.).
Step 5) Select a File Location
Select a location to place the newly uploaded document in.
Step 6) Determine Permissions for the File
Select either Folder Permissions or Custom File Permissions.
Folder Permissions: This file will have the same permissions as the folder that you selected.
Custom File Permissions: You can select the permissions that you would like that specific file to have.
Step 7) Set Custom File Permission Levels (optional)
Choose between Simple or Granular Permission Levels. Below is the Simple Permissions:

View Access: The ability to view the content in this file.
Edit Access: Those who can edit the files
Delete Access: The ability to delete the file
Download Access: Have the ability to download a file.
Comment Access: Has the ability to see comments and share thoughts on content in the file.
View History Access: The ability to view the version history of the file.
Move Document Access: The ability to to move the file.
Change Permissions Access: The ability to change permissions for this file.
Step 8) Select “Submit”
Once you’ve entered all necessary information, click the Submit button to finalize the process.

Your document is now securely uploaded and will appear in the Information Vault, where you can access, share, and manage it as needed. Uploading documents is essential for keeping all relevant files organized and readily accessible.
