How to Utilize AI While Editing A Document

This guide will walk you through how to utilize AI while editing a document in Hapax’s document editor. Use this feature when you want Hapax to revise information from a file. 

Step 1) Log In and Navigate to your Information Vault

Start by logging into your account on the platform with your credentials. This will take you to the main dashboard. Once logged in click the vault button on the left hand navigation bar.

 

Step 2) Select the Document You Would Like to Edit

 

Step 3) Once You Are In The Document, Either Go To The Edit Version or Create a New Edit Version

 

Step 4) Use AI to Make Revisions

While in the edit version of your document, highlight any part of the document you would like Hapax to revise for you. Once highlighted, click the lighting bolt icon.


After clicking the lighting bolt icon, a popup will appear giving you the option to give Hapax a prompt while revising (this is optional). After giving hapax a prompt (or leaving it blank), click revise.

 

Done!

After clicking revise Hapax will begin the process of revising the highlighted portion of your document. 

  

Once it has finished, Hapax will remind you that that portion has been revised by keeping the revised text highlighted green (once the edit is published this will be removed).
