[General](https://support.askhapax.ai/general?hsLang=en) # How to Use AI While Editing A Document This guide will walk you through how to utilize AI while editing a document in Hapax’s document editor. Use this feature when you want Hapax to revise information from a file.  **Step 1) Log In and Navigate to your Information Vault** Start by logging into your account on the platform with your credentials. This will take you to the main dashboard. Once highlighted, click the lighting bolt icon. ![](https://support.askhapax.ai/hs-fs/hubfs/Rich%20Text%20Pasting/google-1749581325977-2.png?width=624&height=516&name=google-1749581325977-2.png) After clicking the lighting bolt icon, a popup will appear giving you the option to give Hapax a prompt while revising (this is optional).
